As you know, The Woodshed Orlando is a private membership club.  With being a “membership club” comes a membership application, bylaws, waiver and dungeon rules.

For your convenience, we have uploaded the application for you to print and get it out of the way ahead of time should you care to.  You can type in the document, but you will not be able to save the information that you input, only print it out.
