Nobody can deny that 2020 has been a rollercoaster of a dumpster fire. I won't even list the ways as we're all painfully aware of them. But one thing that's been consistent all year is the strain that has been put on relationships of all varieties.
With that strain can arise conflict, disagreements, misunderstandings, and the like. So this month's topic will be Managing Conflict, both from within a dynamic/relationship/friendship/acquaintanceship and from the outside world.
What and how does everyone deal with Life and outside demands?

What communication tools do/have you found successful or unsuccessful in dealing with conflict when it arises?
